The nonpublic personal information Homebound Insurance Exchange may collect as described above may be disclosed in order to deliver products and services to you, provide customer service or administer your policy. For example, we may use affiliated and nonaffiliated parties to perform services for us, such as providing customer assistance, handling claims, protecting against fraud and reviewing claim history.

We use customer information to underwrite your policies, protect against fraud, process your claims, ensure proper billing, service your accounts, and offer you other Homebound Insurance Exchange products that we believe may suit your needs.

Homebound will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to make a privacy or data subject request under applicable law. Upon receipt of your written request with enough information to allow Homebound to identify the relevant information, Homebound will respond within the time required by applicable law. Please note that Homebound Insurance Exchange does not control information given to us by third parties, so you may need to contact a third party to correct this information. In certain situations, we may share some of your personal information with third parties to meet certain state or federal requirements.
