Homebound will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to make a privacy or data subject request under applicable law. Upon receipt of your written request with enough information to allow Homebound to identify the relevant information, Homebound will respond within the time required by applicable law. Please note that Homebound Insurance Exchange does not control information given to us by third parties, so you may need to contact a third party to correct this information. In certain situations, we may share some of your personal information with third parties to meet certain state or federal requirements.
